Fondo para la Acci\u00f3n Ambiental y la Ni\u00f1ez (Fondo Acci\u00f3n) is a foundation created in 2000 and based in Bogot\u00e1, Colombia.<\/strong><\/p>

Over the last 13 years, Fondo Acci\u00f3n has evolved from managing one original fund to now managing more than 15 different accounts for a diverse set of clients. This case study focuses on the types of governance structures that have been created throughout Fondo Acci\u00f3n\u2019s expansion, the relation between these structures, and how Fondo Acci\u00f3n achieves a balanced repartition of roles and responsibilities between its different governance and executive bodies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
