L'hypoth\u00e8se sugg\u00e8re que les consommateurs de bananes biologiques seraient pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer des prix suppl\u00e9mentaires et\/ou \u00e0 augmenter leurs volumes d'achat pour une banane diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e de celle actuellement commercialis\u00e9e. Ce nouveau produit serait une \u201c banane biologique avec le label neutre en carbone \u201d qui s'adresserait \u00e0 un segment de march\u00e9 o\u00f9 les consommateurs sont conscients de payer un prix suppl\u00e9mentaire pour des bananes qui, en plus d'\u00eatre certifi\u00e9es biologiques, garantissent \u00e9galement la neutralisation des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (GES) g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es dans les processus de production et de commercialisation du fruit.<\/strong><\/p><p>Pour obtenir le nouveau produit \u201c Banane bio \u00e0 l'empreinte carbone neutre \u201d, trois \u00e9tapes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires : Mesurer, R\u00e9duire et Compenser l'empreinte carbone des bananes bio, puis acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la certification carbone neutre, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 accr\u00e9dit\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de certification SGS du P\u00e9rou. Quant au plan de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de GES, il sugg\u00e8re que les actions devraient se concentrer sur les processus g\u00e9n\u00e9rant le plus d\u2019\u00e9missions identifi\u00e9es, tels que la fertilisation et la gestion des sacs en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne utilis\u00e9s pour prot\u00e9ger les r\u00e9gimes de bananes. Enfin, la compensation des \u00e9missions de GES non r\u00e9duites pour 145 hectares (ha) de culture de bananes biologiques n\u00e9cessiterait la neutralisation d\u2019environ 1 300 tonnes d\u2019\u00e9quivalent CO\u2082, qui seront compens\u00e9es par l\u2019acquisition d\u2019une quantit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalente de cr\u00e9dits carbone au prix de 3,5 US$ par tonne.            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-147f2b32 elementor-widget elementor-widget-philantrop_blockquote\" data-id=\"147f2b32\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"philantrop_blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n        <div class=\"philantrop_blockquote_widget\">\n            <div class=\"philantrop_blockquote philantrop_view_type_3\">\n                                        <div class=\"philantrop_blockquote_cont\">\n                            La compensation sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec le Projet REDD du Parc National Cordillera Azul (PNCAZ) et les ressources g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par le paiement de ceux-ci contribueront aux activit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le et de surveillance du PNCAZ.
