The Quito Environmental Fund is a municipal public institution with budgetary autonomy that plays a strategic role in mobilizing resources and building partnerships to finance environmental projects in the Metropolitan District of Quito.

Our work promotes fundamental areas such as climate change, conservation and biodiversity, sustainable mobility, responsible production and consumption, and, as a priority, ecological restoration. We are a key player in strengthening the territory’s environmental resilience and moving towards a more inclusive, just, and sustainable city, where citizen participation is at the heart of every action.
